We prioritize fast and reliable shipping. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day, typically between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM CDT. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Every package is carefully prepared using premium protective materials, including bubble wrap, padded mailers, and sturdy boxes to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Important Notices:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or service disruptions.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

  • Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
